There is an optional fancy dress competition on the 30 October with prizes to be won!
Located in the heart of Gosforth, Westfield School provides a sports hall and a large all-weather astroturf, which can be sectioned off to allow for multiple sports.
The minimum age for this camp is 5 years old+
Please note that this camp is likely to sell out, act now to secure your places. If you would like early drop off (8:30am) we provide tickets at the bottom of the sports camp page, these are to be bought in addition to a day/week ticket at any of our summer camps!
Sports Provided
Archery, Athletics, Basketball, Cricket, Capture the Flag, Dodgeball, Football, Football Cricket, Futsal, Golf, Gymnastics, Netball, Rounders, Parachute games, Tag Rugby, Tug of War plus loads of fun games and challenges helping to develop your child's overall sporting ability and confidence.
Tournaments including dodgeball, benchball, handball, cornerball and tails. With prizes for the winners.
Wheelie Wednesday (anything with wheels that isn't electric for Wednesday afternoon)
Sports Camp Guides
Please read through the information below before attending the Westfield Camp.
Directions –
Use the entrance on Oakfield Road (drive slowly on approach).
We are using the ‘Senior School’ facilities. Please do not park at/or next to the old Junior School.
Use the car park on-site, and take care to follow the one-way system for parking. Exit onto Elmfield road.
Start & Finish time –
Please arrive between 0845-0900 each morning. We will not be opening the doors before 0845 unless you have purchased an early drop off ticket. Then drop off is at 8:30am
You can pick up your children between 1500-1530.
If you need to collect your child earlier than 1500, please text or call 07885 379410 to inform the coaches.
When you arrive
Please walk your child/ren to the sports hall door (the coach will be present).
Ensure your children have all their belongings before they enter the sports hall, this is to prevent children from trying to reenter the car park.
What to bring –
An easy to open packed lunch (coaches can’t help to open food products)& a snack for break time.
Spare clothes, spare trainers, and a clearly labelled bag. Please also name tag your child’s clothing.
Clearly labelled drinks bottles (minimum two)
Sun cream (bottle clearly labelled) Apply in the morning before attending.
Medication (only if your child has allergies/ requires an inhaler etc)
